ICBC 51st Annual Convention Accommodations

Lodging is available on a first come basis. A limited number of rooms are reserved for each room type. Reserve your room early to secure the type of room you prefer.*

Standard and Lodge hotel rooms include a combination of guest rooms with either two double beds or one King bed. Bedding type is NOT guaranteed. To guarantee your bed type preference we recommend reserving a Deluxe King Suite. Rates will be honored two (2) days prior and two (2) days after convention dates subject to and limited by space availability.

Limited room types are available in each category and room rate is guaranteed until Friday, August 23, 2024. All room rates are subject to state and local taxes (currently 10.8%). The full, non- refundable amount equal to one night’s room and tax will be billed to the individual credit card on Friday, August 27, 2024. There is no penalty for cancellations prior to this date; however, any cancellation on or after Friday, August 27 will forfeit the deposit. All no- shows are considered guaranteed bookings and will be charged one night room and tax. Any no-show reservation will be cancelled for all remaining reserved nights.

Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am on departure day.
