Now in its 50th year, ICBC’s annual convention is a cornerstone for Colorado community banking. Our convention is rich with actionable education sessions, entertaining special events, and a strong sense of community. Tentative exhibit hours: Wednesday, September 20, 5-7 pm; Thursday, September 21, 7-8 am, 5-7 pm, and Friday, September 22, 7-8 am. Schedule subject to change.
Booth package includes:
- One 8’x8’ space
- 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape
- One 6’ long by 30” wide table

Information and Guidelines:
- Hall is carpeted
- Back drop exhibit displays are permitted – must not block other booths
- Two personnel per tabletop
- Registration is not included – registration information available in July
- Electricity and audio visual is not included – exhibitor kit will be available in July
Exhibit booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, with preference given to ICBC preferred providers.
Booth reservations will not be held without prior payment of entire exhibit booth fee. Cancellation – written cancellation must be received on or prior to August 18, 2023. Cancellation will incur a $450 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after August 18, 2023. ICBC reserves the right to assign exhibit space.

ICBC suggests an item valued at $250 or a similar cash donation. If a cash contribution is made, ICBC will purchase an item on your behalf. Let us know your preference: item or monetary.
