Can checks still be negotiated after an accountholder dies? Who can access the deposit accounts? What changes can be made? What about taxes, Social Security, IRAs, POAs, and dealing with the family? At the most difficult time in someone’s life, you have to use extraordinary skills to accomplish many detailed tasks when an accountholder dies. Did the person own a business? Are there any outstanding checks? How were the accountholder’s funds owned? Did the accountholder have specialized accounts like IRAs? If you don’t have all the answers, this is the webinar for you.  This program will explain what to look for and how to handle many accounts, documents, and situations after death.
