The frontline is tasked with a multitude of compliance requirements – not the least of which is BSA. They are in a unique, important position to detect BSA and money laundering risks. But to do so, they must fully understand their role, best practices, the consequences of noncompliance, and the red flags in numerous areas. Ensure your frontline is well versed in their responsibilities with this jam-packed, job-specific training. The frontline is the first line of defense in mitigating BSA/AML risks for your financial institution. The requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act impact every transaction and every new account. Therefore, it’s crucial that you receive tailored initial and annual training on BSA/AML requirements and fully understand your day-to-day BSA responsibilities. This session will detail BSA/AML rule components, including red flags for money laundering, CIP documentation, CDD rules, OFAC screening, CTR completion, maintaining information for the sale of monetary instruments, and much more! In addition, it will review red flags for the most prevalent types of fraud impacting accountholders and institutions and how to protect both from loss. Join this jam-packed session which includes a reference manual and tools to help comply with the many requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
