Written cancellation must be received in the ICBC office by Friday, March 29, 2024, and will be subject to a $175 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be granted after Friday, March 29, 2024; however, a substitute may attend. ICBC reserves the right to cancel any program for which there is insufficient funds to cover the expenses of the program. In the event of cancellation by ICBC you will be notified by either phone or email. Prepaid registration fees will be refunded.

Any rooms reserved after this date may not receive the conference special rate. Make your reservation early. Room rate: King Suite $175 or Double Suite $189 (limited availability) plus all applicable state and local occupancy taxes. Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability, three days pre/post conference. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of check-in date. Any reservation not canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date is subject to forfeiture of deposit or charged one night’s room and tax. Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 12:00pm.
