Tentative exhibit hours: Wednesday, September 18, 5-7 pm, Thursday, September 19, 7-8 am, 5-7 pm, and Friday, September 20, 7-8 am. Schedule subject to change.

Information and Guidelines:
- Hall is carpeted
- Back drop exhibit displays are permitted – must not block other booths

- Registration is not included – registration information available in July
- Electricity and audio visual is not included – exhibitor kit will be available in July
- Convention registration is an extra charge
Booth reservations will not be held without prior payment of entire exhibit booth fee. Cancellation – written cancellation must be received on or prior to August 16, 2024. Cancellation will incur a $500 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after August 16, 2024. ICBC reserves the right to assign exhibit space.
