52nd Annual Convention - Where Community Bank Thrive!

Now in its 52nd year, ICBC’s annual convention continues to be a cornerstone for Colorado community banking. Our convention is rich with actionable education sessions, entertaining special events, and a strong sense of community. During convention, Colorado community banking professionals gather for networking, learning, and a chance to explore new vendor opportunities. Sponsorship and exhibit space is only available to ICBC members.

Why Participate
ICBC’s annual convention is an event created and designed exclusively for Colorado community bankers. In 2024 more than 130 bankers representing 40+ banks attended. Focused on the needs of the community banking industry, our attendees are looking to connect with current and potential service providers, engage in meaningful conversations about new opportunities and products and celebrate community banking!

Tentative exhibit hours: Wednesday, September 17, 5-7 pm, Thursday, September 18, 5-7 pm. Schedule subject to change.
 
Booth package includes:
  • One 8’x8’ space

Information and Guidelines:
  • Hall is carpeted
  • Back drop exhibit displays are permitted – must not block view of other booths
  • Two personnel per tabletop
  • Registration is not included – registration information available in July
  • Electricity and audio visual is not included – exhibitor kit will be available in July
  • Convention registration and additional activities require an extra charge
Booth reservations will not be held without prior payment of entire exhibit booth fee. Cancellation – written cancellation must be received on or prior to July 31, 2025. Cancellation will incur a $750 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after July 31, 2025. ICBC reserves the right to assign exhibit space.
