Are you looking for a way to accelerate performance through a high-impact, time-effective experience? Join other forward-thinking and action-oriented presidents and CEOs at ICBC’s Virtual President & CEO Forums.
 
ICBC’s Virtual President & CEO Forum is designed to be a rewarding experience where you grow professionally, as well as personally. You will be led by Christian Otteson, Partner, Otteson Shapiro, a trusted community bank advisor, and will meet three times per year:
  • April 1 or 2
  • July 15 or 16
  • November 12 or 13
Each session will be approximately 90 minutes and will be held from 9:00-10:30 a.m. Sessions will be recorded.
 
Registrants will be divided into two groups based on either geography or asset size. Also, to encourage discussion and bolster participation each registrant will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
 
One to two issues will be discussed during each session. Topics for the second and third sessions will be determined at the previous session. Possible topics:

Christian Otteson, Partner, Otteson Shapiro LLP
Christian Otteson is a partner with Otteson Shapiro LLP and is the director of the firm’s financial services practice. Mr. Otteson’s principal areas of practice include assisting financial institutions with mergers, acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, governance issues, and matters involving state and federal banking laws, regulations and supervisory agencies. Mr. Otteson serves as outside general counsel for many banks, bank holding companies and their boards, and in that capacity assists boards and management with strategic and risk management planning, and execution of resulting strategies.

Pricing is per person. Sessions will be conducted via Zoom and recorded. Log-on information will be emailed prior to each virtual session. Registration deadline is Friday, March 22, 2024. Cancelation Policy: Written cancelation (email acceptable) must be received on or before March 22, 2024, and will be subject to a $250 cancelation fee. NO refunds will be granted after March 10, 2023. ICBC reserves the right to cancel any program for which there is insufficient funds to cover the expense of the program. In the event of cancelation by ICBC you will be notified by either phone or email.
